Gone Fishing Day 2024 is Here!
On Sunday, October 13, it’s time to go FISHING. Gone Fishing Day 2024 is a great opportunity for people to come together and celebrate Australia’s favourite recreation – fishing. This year’s Gone Fishing Day theme is “Fish for Balance, Get Back to Nature”, highlighting the important role that fishing plays in supporting our health and wellbeing. You can celebrate by organising a fishing event, highlighting fishing as a fun and healthy activity for everyone, or simply enjoying a fish with friends and family.
ARFF wants to support you and your Gone Fishing Day 2024 events in any way we can. You can access a number of free downloadable logos and promotional materials on the Gone Fishing Day website to help kick-start your event promotion. If you’re thinking about holding an event and are not sure how to start organising, or you have an event planned and simply want to help spread the word, feel free to contact us at katiebroadfoot@ozfish.org.au.
